We perfected our process on our own houses first.
This company started in 1974 building our own homes. For three generations, every lesson — every budget, every timeline, every wall opened up — was learned on properties we owned ourselves. Not on a customer's dime.
Over 700 remodels and hundreds of new construction homes later, we've taken that process to customers for the first time. We've built alongside some of the biggest names bringing back Detroit, Flint, Lansing, and Saginaw — from governmental housing to custom homes — with a network of hundreds of trusted subcontractors.
